Payment, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction is reflected in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, designed to ensure a clear understanding of our financial terms for our valued students and their guardians. Mahekaran Education (“CoachKul”, “Our” “us” “We”) offers a transparent Refund Policy towards its customers (“Customer”/”you”/“your”).

Payment Options

Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ online bank transfers and other payment instruments are processed using a payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms agreed to between the Users and the respective issuing bank and payment instrument issuing Mahekaran Education. We shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, lost amount etc. in the transaction. The amount of refund payable shall only be limited to the amount paid by the User for Services which were not rendered to the User by Us.


Any charges related to app publishing (e.g. charges levied by app store, play store) will be incurred by the User.

We reserve the right to change any fees at any time at our sole discretion and any change, update, or modification in the fee shall become effective immediately upon the same being posted/uploaded or notified on our website.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations are permitted. To cancel or reschedule a class, please provide at least one week's notice to your respective coach via email. Failure to provide such notice will result in the class fee being charged as scheduled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted for advance payments where services have not been rendered. To request a refund, please send an email to support@coachkul.com. Refund requests must be made through this official channel to ensure they are processed promptly and accurately.

We attempt to process and complete customer refund requests within 7-10* Business days** from the time we receive a refund request. Our refund process may include a phone call to you, where we request course feedback and/or validation of key information needed to process your refund. If you have any questions about your refund request or the refund process, please contact us at support@coachkul.com. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified or under exceptional circumstances.

Limitations and Deductions

Refunds may be subject to deductions. Any processing, transaction fees, or applicable tax charged at the time of purchase will not be refunded, and refunds will be subject to deductions of the value of any cashback, extra credits, discounts, or rewards, including vouchers, product (s) e.g. laptop, tablet etc., received by you at the time of purchase from the refund amount.

Liability

We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized or fraudulent account use, including unauthorized transactions. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for unexecuted or delayed transactions due to circumstances beyond our control.

Use of our classes and platforms is subject to our Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct, including our Class Scheduling Policy and User Policy, provided upon registration activation.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who violate our Terms or policies. This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated at our discretion, with notice provided via our website and/or direct communication to our customers.




*If you have financed your course(s) by obtaining a loan or financing through a third party financing entity, then the refund timeline and process will be in accordance with the terms and conditions that you agreed to with that financing entity. Mahekaran Education cannot and shall not be held responsible for any delay or other issues on part of the third party loan financing entity in the processing and completion of such refund requests.

**Business Day” shall mean any day excluding Saturday, Sunday and any bank holiday;
